Completed studies in economics or business administration with major in accounting, 1–3 years of relevant work expertise in accounting and/or finance, Experience with execution of Accounts Receivable processes, Exposure to Financial Shared Services in a global company is considered an asset, Familiarity with supporting process transitions is a plus, Good understanding of financial accounting, reporting and internal control systems is advantageous, Proficiency in SAP FI and MS Office Suite, Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish, English and German (min. B2 level), Strong organizational and coordination skills, Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment, under pressure and within deadlines, Willingness to embrace continuous improvement and constructive feedback
