Today, we provide a wide range of services across trucking and logistics, freight brokerage, factoring, technology, insurance management, and e-commerce, helping businesses work smarter, reduce costs, and achieve long-term results.Accounts Receivable & Collections SpecialistWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join our team in Rzeszów.If you enjoy working with numbers and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, this role is for you.As part of our accounting team, you’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, applying cash receipts, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners.Key Responsibilities:Apply customer payments (ACH, checks, and wires) accurately to the correct invoicesRecord and investigate deductions, short payments, and other discrepanciesReview AR aging reports daily and follow up on overdue invoicesSend out account statements and payment remindersCommunicate with customers and internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Sales) to resolve billing issuesDocument all customer communications and collection activities in SAPSupport the month-end closing process (clearing small balances, reporting AR status)Assist the AR Manager with reporting, analysis, and process improvementsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years of experience in accountingStrong computer skills: Excel, Word, OutlookExperience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughPositive, professional attitude and ability to build effective internal and external relationshipsAvailability for shift work: 11:00–20:00 or 13:00–22:00 (with 1-hour lunch break)What We Offer:Stable cooperation: employment contract or B2BSalary: negotiable, based on experienceOpportunities to develop your skills and gain experience in the international environment of a fast-growing US companyA collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that values your contributionsWork in a modern office located in a well-connected area of RzeszówBenefits: Multisport, MyBenefit cafeteria program, life insurance, and employee referral bonus program, social benefits fundAnd much more!If you're client-oriented, thrive on accuracy, and enjoy being part of a collaborative and international team - we want to hear from you!
