Your defining qualities:, ✅ At least 3 years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of IFRS standards and the curiosity to dig into guidance when you need it, ✅ Financial services accounting background (lending and leasing) with understanding of IFRS 9, IFRS 16, and IFRS 15, ✅ Hands-on experience with SAP systems (R/3 and/or S/4 HANA) and financial services contract management systems, ✅ Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages beneficial, ✅ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or related field, ✅ Self-driven and results-focused: you work independently while genuinely enjoying learning new processes and taking on challenges, ✅ Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills; you can break down complex financial concepts, ✅ Real passion for digitalization and hands-on experience making automation happen, ✅ You thrive in multicultural, international teams and enjoy working across regions
