fluency in English and German, university degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on accounting and/or insurance management or similar qualification, several years of relevant experience in reporting/accounting, preferably at an auditing firm or an internationally oriented financial services provider, accounting knowledge in accordance with HGB (or other continental European accounting standards) and IFRS, experience in reporting to supervisory authorities, technical user knowledge of relevant SAP systems (e.g., SAP FI-CO, SAP SEM-BCS, or similar) or interest and willingness to learn, excellent communication and strong analytical thinking skills, confident use of Microsoft Office products, accounting knowledge in accordance with Solvency II
