We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accountant to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for providing high-quality tax preparation, full-cycle bookkeeping, and payroll management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering strategic guidance for their unique business needs and helping them navigate complex tax and business planning scenarios.
  Key Responsibilities

• Tax Preparation & Planning: Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses. Provide proactive tax and business planning to help clients minimize liabilities.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain clean and accurate financial records for various business clients, ensuring all transactions are properly categorized.
• Payroll & Accounting Services: Manage payroll services for small-to-mid-sized businesses, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Strategic Advisory: Offer professional guidance on business structure, financial health, and long-term growth strategies.
• Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for financial inquiries, providing strategic guidance for unique business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in tax preparation and full-cycle bookkeeping.
• Skills: * Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of current tax laws and filing due dates.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations.
