B2B Sales & Consulting: 2+ years of experience in project-based B2B sales or consulting., Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of digital solutions and a passion for applying AI in business., Business Development: Proven track record in lead qualification, channel identification, and hitting KPIs., Process Design: Ability to analyze business workflows and design optimal digital solutions., Sales Cycle Ownership: Managing the full sales cycle., Relationship Building: Excellence in nurturing long-term, trust-based partnerships., Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with Marketing and Support., Drive for Results: Goal-oriented, decisive, and skilled in complex negotiations., Proactivity & Innovation: A self-driven, adaptable mindset focused on solving business challenges., Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, tailored to diverse audiences., Languages: Polish: Native/Fluent. English: Minimum C1 level., Experience working with Google Cloud or other Cloud platforms., Practical knowledge of tools such as Pipedrive, Zendesk, or similar systems., Experience in conducting workshops for clients.
