Your mission

  • Operate as the primary point of contact taking comprehensive care of the needs of our customers around the world
  • Ensure premium customer care through regular, remote and on-site Business Review Meetings (BRM) as well as leading Weekly Business Meetings (WBM)
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationshio through constant, proactive exchange and business-driven mindset with customers & external/internal stakeholders
  • Actively participate in contracting with the business partners in collaboration with other departments (lead contract negotiations, create contracts fact sheets, facilitate contract renewals and expansion)
  • Responsible for sales improvements and extending customer loyalty through a creative mindset and tailor-made solutions
  • Close communication with colleagues from other departments/branches globally, working in a dynamic environment with teams from different geographies and levels
  • As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for compliant project execution and will be available as the first point of contact and problem solver. You will also be actively involved in process optimisation

Your profile

  • Degree/training, e.g. in business administration, healthcare or pharmacy
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in comparable positions. Pharmaceutical experience not mandatory, but an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team, servce-oriented, project management awareness
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability with high quality standards
  • Knowledge of Pharma Industry trends and competitive landscape
  • German and business fluent in written and spoken English required, additional language is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office applications is a prerequisite. Further software knowledge (Atlassian, Project Management, etc.) is an advantage
