• 5+ years in Android development (Kotlin/Java)
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, XML, and modern architectures
• Experience with WebViews and hybrid components
• Fluent in reading technical documentation in English
• Proactive and able to spot issues early
• Interest in product value and business goals
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum)

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our Android app
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and developers
• Contribute to mobile roadmap decisions
• Plan and deliver work in 2-week Agile sprints
• Mentor juniors and conduct code reviews
• Ensure the app is secure, fast, and well-structured
• Track team and personal goals
• Improve tools, processes, and collaboration
