• University degree
• Very good command of English (German is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)
• Power BI
• VBA (including libraries for Adobe, SAP GUI, etc.)
• Python (as a plus)
• Interest and experience in RPA and Agentic Process Automation
• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive mindset and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with improvement and project management methodologies

Your responsibilities

• Identifying automation opportunities across VGS teams
• Analyzing business needs and preparing business cases
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining automation tools using Power Platform, VBA, BI,
• and RPA
• Managing a library of implemented tools and documentation
• Tracking tool performance and maintaining an up-to-date index
• Promoting automation initiatives across the organization
