Candidate requirements:

- You are highly skilled in project management, cost control, planning and monitoring and risk management.

- You are familiar with the engineering project leading related to robotics, logistics, automation and generally customized engineering solutions

- You have at least 2 years years of experience in Project Management, Engineering Project Leading or similar

- You are passionate about team management, adaptability, anticipation and problem solving.

- Degree in Engineering, mainly Industrial Engineering.

- You are at ease communicating in English and Polish . Other languages, such German or Spanish will be considered a valuable plus.

- You hold current drivers license valid

- A strong engineering background will be considered a valuable plus

- You live in the Masovian Voivodeship

Your responsibilities

We are looking for Project Manager due to business development with our global well-known on the marker key accounts. As a Project Manager you will lead the new projects for our key accounts being responsible for managing projects by optimizing communication, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget and team well-being. Each project is a challenge but also brings motivation, lot of learning and fun.

Key responsibilities:

- Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.

- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
