Our requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience with Python
• Deep knowledge of algorithm design and software engineering best practices
• Experience working with Generative AI tools and services
• Solid background in TDD and test automation
• Practical experience with observability tools and methodologies
• English proficiency at C1 level

Optional

• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with NLP or document AI models
• Previous work in regulated industries (e.g. insurance, finance)

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Python applications for AI-based systems
• Build algorithms to process unstructured data using cloud and AI services
• Ensure code quality through Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Implement observability to monitor system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists across project phases
• Stay current with trends in Generative AI, NLP, and related technologies
