• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry and/or in ERP, CRM, HR (payroll and HR), or banking system implementations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Proactive approach and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2, PMI) will be an additional asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Your responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and coordinating system implementation projects.
• Developing project schedules, defining milestones, and overseeing their execution.
• Managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and optimizing expenditures.
• Coordinating the work of internal teams and collaborating with external technology providers.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Preparing project reports and regularly informing management about progress.
• Organizing and conducting project meetings, workshops, and user training sessions.
• Overseeing system testing, resolving issues, and preparing for production deployment.
• Supporting data migration and system integration processes.
• Ensuring project compliance with applicable legal regulations and internal policies.
