Our requirements

  • Experience in workforce operations, or process implementation—corporate or consulting environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead a small team, drive projects, mentor others, and deliver on strategy.
  • Strong process‑orientation: excellent documentation, attention to detail, and an eye for automation and innovation.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting—Excel, Qlik, Power BI or equivalent tools.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking and reporting workforce/utilization metrics, and using insights to drive operational decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders across hierarchical levels.
  • Understanding of IT industry and typical IT job profiles.
  • Can do attitude and ability to operate in changing environment.
  • Exposure to IT consultant management in staff augmentation environments.
  • Experience with Project management or process optimization frameworks (e.g. PMP, ITIL, Lean).
  • Familiarity with HR or workforce planning practices in IT services.
  • Experience organizing events or coordinating logistics at senior executive level.

Your responsibilities

  • Workforce Strategy, Team & Process Management:
  • Lead and manage a Krakow workforce team responsible for new-hire and consultant onboarding, new consultant requests, and providing administrative support for Systems Department in Krakow.
  • Develop, document, and maintain team processes, ensuring they align with BBH best practices and are consistently followed.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of workflows (e.g., onboarding, vendor utilization, consultant requests), identifying opportunities to streamline and scale.
  • Ensure workforce metrics are tracked, analyzed, and reported accurately to senior leadership; oversee delivery of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc workforce reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain workforce strategy alignment, adapting plans as priorities evolve.
  • Validate incoming consultant requests and coordinate assignments in line with business demand.
  • Day to day coordination with IOT consultant vendors on BAU activities.
  • Monitor utilization of IT consultant vendors and compliance with internal policies and master agreements; flag any deviations.
  • Maintain records related to consultant engagement, benchmarking performance and vendor efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Manage performance and professional development of direct reports; foster a collaborative, growth‑oriented team culture.
  • Mentor and coach team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and set clear objectives tied to business outcomes.
  • Empower team to take ownership of process improvements and metric tracking.
