Kogo poszukujemy? RequirementsMin. 1 year of tech talent sourcing experience.Excellent English and Polish (C1).Strong communication skills.Experience with sourcing tools, techniques, and initial screening.Experience with working with stakeholders and KPIs.Experience with building relationships.Market mapping/research experience.Ability to find creative solutions, can-do attitude.Independence, excellent time management, prioritization.Salary: PLN 5,500 - 8,500 gross per month (Contract of employment) + bonuses.
