You will design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and solutions that support data-driven decision-making.Please note that this role is only open to candidates based in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processesWork with structured and unstructured data from various sourcesCollaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Business Analysts to meet data requirementsImplement data quality, data validation, and monitoring practicesParticipate in architecture and design discussions to build cloud-native data platformsMaintain and optimize data storage solutions (data lakes, data warehouses)Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of dataSupport the deployment of machine learning models into productionContinuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability of our data systems

Kogo poszukujemy? Must have:Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processesSolid programming skills in PythonStrong knowledge of SQL and database optimizationExperience in building and maintaining data pipelines using modern orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, dbt)Ability to work with large volumes of data efficientlyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCloud Platforms: AWS (S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Batch, DynamoDB, Athena, Glue, etc.)Experience with Data processing tools (Spark, Kafka), Data warehousing tools (Redshift)Experience with Version Control: Git, Infrastructure as Code: TerraformUpper-intermediate English or aboveNice to have: Data Warehousing: SnowflakeData Visualisation: PowerBI
