Customer Advisor with Swedish (part time)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Become a Hero: Provide essential support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring users have the best experience.

• Tech-Savvy Superhero: Provide assistance to customers, ensuring they never miss out on any service experience.

• Empathetic Professional: Resolve customer complaints with a smile, fostering satisfaction and trust.

• Frontline Support for All: Assist both B2B and B2C clients as the first point of contact.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Team Player with a Sense of Humor: Collaborate effectively with a passion for technology and creativity.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Prioritize the customer experience in every interaction.

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Swedish (C1) and proficient in English (B2).

• Administrative & Tech Proficiency: Possess strong administrative and technical skills.
