Your responsibilities

• Assist the Commissioning Manager with the coordination and development of commissioning related technical documentation, procedures, instructions and test results reports for the Commissioning functional area.
• Coordinate with Commissioning Manager and Commissioning Director in establishing the administration program.
• Participate in the reviews the commissioning schedules.
• Assist Manager in the Commissioning interfaces with the PAA, UDT and other government authorities for issues related with commissioning program.
• Assist Commissioning Manager in activities of the group.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance Manager for planning and safe execution of commissioning program activities.

Our requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics or other technical discipline.
• Ability to communicate and write in English on professional level.
• Experience in coordinating others
• Technical knowledge of pumps, valves, heat exchangers and/or electrical and/or I&C systems.
• Experience in development of work plans and schedules.
• In accordance with the Company’s regulations, each new employee must have a security clearance authorizing access to classified information marked at least as “confidential,” or be willing to undergo a security clearance procedure to obtain the appropriate security clearance authorizing access to classified information.

Optional

• Previous coordination role in a technical department is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in commissioning work in any type of power plant or other technical asset is highly desirable.
• Previous experience of work in a highly regulated technical domain under a quality assurance system umbrella would be very beneficial (e.g. experience working with UDT).
• Experience in planning, coordinating and executing complex activities.
