About the project

• We have built a very successful Dataplatform through multiple federated squads as a “Data mesh” paradigm. About 15 various Product oriented squads from different domains (Data Referential, Responsible Investment, Quant, Finance, Digital, Front office, Operations, Trading, Performance&Reporting, etc) are leveraging the datasets produced and maintained by the Data domains and offer/build their own specialised Datasets. The platform has still a lot of key components to build and it is an existing time to join us either to build the platform or to participate to our ambitious programs.
• The person in this position will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure for the data platform in the Azure environment, with a focus on DevOps process automation, security, finops, and ensuring high availability and system resilience (Disaster Recovery).

Your responsibilities

• Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions for the data platform based on Azure and Databricks (including Kubernetes/AKS).
• Automating and optimizing CI/CD processes—creating, developing, and standardizing deployment pipelines, managing templates (Helm, Terraform).
• Developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery mechanisms—planning, testing, and automating failover procedures, environment synchronization.
• Managing security—access control, migration and handling of keys/secrets, permissions reporting.
• Integrating tools and systems—implementing solutions integrating the data platform with external tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Tableau).
• Supporting the development team—troubleshooting technical issues, preparing documentation, mentoring.

Our requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior DevOps Engineer in large cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Very good knowledge of DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes (AKS), Databricks, KV, Storage, EventHub
• Practical knowledge of automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Experience in designing and implementing Disaster Recovery solutions for data platforms.
• Ability to manage security in cloud environments (access control, secrets management).
• Soft skills: teamwork, mentoring, communication with business stakeholders.
• English proficiency enabling smooth technical communication.
