Your responsibilities

• Proactively drive media coverage to enhance visibility of BFF Banking Group.
• Support the management, enhancement, and protection of the Group’s reputation.
• Execute media plans to promote BFF Banking Group across targeted media outlets.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to media and stakeholder inquiries.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key journalists.
• Monitor and evaluate potential opportunities and risks arising from the political and economic environment.

Our requirements

• Proficiency in English is required (C1 level).
• University degree in Economics, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in multinational companies, finance, banking, or listed companies.
• Previous work experience in one of the countries where the Group operates (Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Greece, Spain, Portugal, France) is a plus.
• Experience in journalism, banking, government/public affairs, public policy consulting, management consulting, or communications agencies is considered an asset.
• Excellent command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Broad understanding of the financial services industry and global market dynamics.
• Strong storytelling abilities with a proven track record of creating clear and engaging narratives.
• Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong presentation skills and credibility when engaging with senior executives and media.
• Solid knowledge of communication trends and best practices.
• Execution-oriented with agility and a strong focus on results.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
