• The IT Senior Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with colleagues from the Souring team.
• For this specific role we need an individual with a deep expertise of the local markets and IT industry.
• The client office is located in Krakow and working at the client office at some point will be required.
• What you’ll be doing:
• • Leading an end-to-end recruitment process for EMEA.
• • Facilitating the interview and selection process.
• • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
• • Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
• • Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
• • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
• • Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
• • Undertaking market mapping projects.

Our requirements

• • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sector IT knowledge focused on EMEA market, working directly with Hiring Managers.
• • Fluency in English (must) and Polish (nice to have) both written and spoken.
• • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
• • Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• • An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
• • Previous international exposure to working with different geographies and cultures
• • Capable of dealing with ambiguity and ever changing priorities
