Your responsibilities

• Define and document end-to-end observability and performance architecture across infrastructure, application, and data layers
• Establish and enforce architectural standards for logging, alerting, tracing, and measurement across enterprise components
• Design and validate monitoring Proof of Concept (PoC) with Splunk, SLA dashboards, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis
• Lead performance strategy, including load testing, scalability patterns, and baseline metrics integrated with CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with integration, production, testing, and publishing teams to embed observability into delivery processes
• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) by defining monitoring signals for failover triggers

Our requirements

• Experience designing enterprise-level monitoring or performance architectures in Life Sciences or similar sectors
• Hands-on knowledge of observability tools and monitoring practices (Splunk preferred)
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (DevOps, testing, publishing, integration)
• Proven ability to lead PoC initiatives and define KPIs and metrics for performance evaluation
• Ability to work independently in distributed, project-based environments
