Your responsibilities

• Supporting the Product Manager in performing daily tasks
• Supporting communication with customers in the field of product service and substantive knowledge
• Co-creation of product documentation (manuals, hardware and software specifications)
• Co-creation of training materials (presentations)
• Co-creation of promotional materials (advertisements, brochures)
• Conducting trainings for foreign contractors
• Representing the company at international fairs

Our requirements

• Higher education or last year of studies - technical preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to use MS Office suite
• Ability to manage and organize assigned tasks
• Ability to absorb and transfer substantive knowledge
• Readiness for business travels
• Outgoing character with good communication skills

Optional

• Knowledge of medical issues, in particular ophthalmology
• Knowledge of quality system issues
• Knowledge of graphic design and editing software
• Aesthetic sense in co-created projects
• Basic knowledge of software development process
