Twój zakres obowiązków

• Lead and develop a team of Contract Manufacturing Coordinators and Label Specialists across the region.
• Oversee safe, compliant, and cost-effective formulation, packaging, and relabeling operations at 25+ third-party sites.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Technical teams) to manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in S&OP processes to ensure external manufacturer activities support regional supply and inventory plans.
• Manage team resources, staffing, and training to ensure business continuity and capability development.
• Develop and oversee external manufacturing operations budget, identifying cost-saving and productivity opportunities.

Nasze wymagania

• Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or planning roles; cross-functional experience is an advantage.
• Experience managing external manufacturing operations, ideally in regulated or chemical industries.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and logistics requirements for crop protection products is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
