Your responsibilities

• Preparation of budget and forecast according to the specifications and in coordination with the Customer Service Managers,
• Month-end closing activities (billing, accruals, etc.) inserting billing data in accounting systems/ financial portals,
• Preparation and execution of year-end closing tasks as well as preparation of relevant information for customer service managers, team leader,
• Supporting the Team Leader and Customer Service Managers on all commercial issues (e.g. SAP research; invoice clarifications),
• Coordination and optimization of workflows between Contract Management, Controlling, Lufthansa Group Business Services, Sales department,
• Handling customer queries and complaints regarding billed services and/or missing purchase orders; in consultation with Customer Service Team as necessary.

Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cooperation with customer/management/production department,
• Experience in entering billing data to SAP,
• Familiarity with accounting systems,
• Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office,
• Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing activities,
• Strong research skills to assist with invoice clarifications and commercial issues,
• University degree, preferably Economy/Finance or similar,
• We are looking for a candidate who is based in the Tri-city area,
• Willingness to work from the office,
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish (written and spoken).
