Your responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Support day-to-day coordination between production, technical, and quality-related teams.
• Monitor key operational indicators such as efficiency, quality, timeliness, and resource use.
• Take part in short- and long-term planning in cooperation with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal operating procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare regular performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives that support continuous improvement.
