Your responsibilities

  • 1. Building business analysis and bid modeling
  • Building robust business analysis, modeling pricing, and estimating strategic value propositions
  • Simulating various collaboration models using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Supporting discussions with client-side stakeholders - actuaries, finance and operations departments
  • 2. Preparing sales and proposal materials
  • Create and refine sales proposals, presentations, case studies and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Translate complex sales concepts and strategies into clear, professional materials
  • Maintain and develop a library of high quality sales content for reuse
  • 3. Coordinate sales process and operational support
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness of data in CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Monitor the status of the sales pipeline, tracking follow-ups, deadlines and responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external logistics: scheduling meetings, collecting feedback and ensuring continuity of activities

Our requirements

  • Experienced in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Consulting, or Project Management in a B2B setting
  • Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • A strong communicator, clear, structured, and business-minded
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
