Your responsibilities

• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) for marine/offshore steel structures, including static, dynamic, linear, and non-linear analyses
• Build and verify detailed FE models using tools such as DNV Software GeniE, ANSYS, Femap, or MSC Nastran
• Interpret analysis results to ensure structural safety, efficiency, and compliance with classification society rules (e.g., DNV, ABS, BV)
• Prepare analysis reports, design notes, and technical documentation

Employer requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FEM structural analysis, preferably within the marine, offshore, or heavy steel industry
• University degree in Naval Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in at least one of the following tools: ANSYS, Femap, GeniE, Nastran
• Advanced English language skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project-driven environment
