Your responsibilities

• supports purchase process of a selected group of materials and services.
• supports new Vendor creation and maintenance
• helps to analyse functional data to create, maintain the reports (PR to PO report, Outstanding – Open Orders report)
• executes assigned tasks by the Superior related to company goals and objectives
• supports in invoice discrepancy clarification
• supports TPUs/Business in daily basis ad hoc procurement queries

Our requirements

• Polish native; strong English language skills written and verbal
• good organizational skills; attention to details
• adaptable to working in both team environment and solo
• Microsoft Office abilities (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• willingness to learn, adapt and deal with stakeholders on varied levels
• available for an internship 4 days a week (flexible) and able to commit for 6 months with the possibility of extension
