Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales operations across Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee local sales teams and coordinate with distribution partners
  • Monitor performance, analyze sales data and market trends, and initiate appropriate actions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams

Employer requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial sales role within the pharmaceutical organization (strictly required)
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in the CEE region
  • Experience in managing regional sales operations and working with direct teams and distributors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across the region (up to 70% of working time)
  • Fluent English (required); additional regional languages are a plus
