Your responsibilities

  • Preparing and implementing a business development strategy for the factory's operational area - production, quality, maintenance;
  • Ensuring the development of the business in line with Kingspan Group procedures and guidelines and proposing and implementing activities in the field of Compliance, Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety;
  • Managing the Operations team: Production, Quality, Maintenance;
  • Everyday coordination of planning and logistics processes to ensure deliveries are met on time;
  • Ensuring ongoing optimizations in product lead times to improve competitiveness;
  • Managing the Planet Passionate program at the factory in Rokietnica;
  • Representing the Company's values in everyday operations and management;
  • Cooperation with the Sales team, in particular with the Managing Director CEE and Nordics, in the planning and implementation of Business development in the subordinate region;
  • Cooperation with the Finance Department team in controlling the planned budget and P&L;
  • Preparing Capex proposals related to investments in the factory;
  • Reduction and ongoing optimization of operating costs;
  • Management of operational KPIs;
  • Proposing and implementing solutions aimed at improving processes;
  • Active participation in meetings with the Management Board, presenting current activities and development plans of the factory;
  • Establish a multiskilled, flexible workforce that can adapt to changes and meet customer expectations;
  • Identifying and developing high-potential employees within the operations team to ensure a strong leadership pipeline;
  • Constant development of adequate preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment availability;
  • Leading or supporting the implementation of digital tools and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity;
  • Ensuring that operational outputs meet customer expectations and quality standards and addressing any escalations.

Our requirements

  • Fluency in English and Polish;
  • Education related to Production Engineering, Management or Finance;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the area of Production Management;
  • Experience in P&L management and cost optimization;
  • Experience in managing and promoting occupational health and safety;
  • Experience and attitude towards continuous development and implementation of improvements, knowledge in the field and implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodology is welcome;
  • High interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to motivate the team towards continuous development, being visible to all employees and being able to relish the challenge to work in a demanding manufacturing environment;
  • Good knowledge of Excel – pivot tables, vertical search;
  • Readiness for business trips – valid passport, driving license;
  • Independence, ability to organize own work and that of reporting persons, ability to work under time pressure, ability to work in a team;
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change, including restructuring, process reengineering, or cultural transformation;
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment;
  • Certification or experience in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive operational decisions and improvements;
  • Familiarity with ISO standards relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and experience in implementing or maintaining compliance.
