Your responsibilities

• Providing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback to Mechanical Designers;
• Constructing CAD models of production and prototype tools (plastic, silicone, etc.);
• Improving existing parts and production processes to create sustainable solutions
• Solving technical challenges in development and production to ensure a high quality product
• Working closely with Tool Designers and external Tool Suppliers to deliver robust, verified tooling solutions.

Our requirements

• Practical experience and understanding of Plastic Part Manufacturing and Tool Design;
• Proficiency in CAD design software;
• Strong written and spoken English skills;
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and the ability to give constructive feedback;
• A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams;
• You are detail oriented, good at giving concise feedback and have a keen ability to solve problems effectively;

Optional

• Experience or familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe)
