Your responsibilities

  • Tender Phase:
  • • Design Supply Chain processes according to tender team requirements.
  • • Commit to direct costs related to Supply Chain (working hours, packaging costs).
  • Project Ramp-Up Phase:
  • • Establish and synchronize Supply Chain processes with industrial requirements.
  • • Manage supplier delivery conditions and ensure compliance with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives.
  • • Identify suppliers at risk of capacity issues before contract award.
  • Project Life Phase:
  • • Support change management and crisis management in the Supply Chain area.
  • • Coordinate actions related to planning or supplier changes.
  • • Manage material availability and anticipate material shortages.
  • • Minimize costs and prevent excess inventory.

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • University degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Project Management in industry.
  • Knowledge of material management in ERP systems.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively handle a variety of topics.
  • Strong communication skills and focus on critical issues.
  • Result-oriented mindset and capability to manage in a remote and multicultural environment.
