Your responsibilities

• Lead and execute small-to-medium scale projects across company functions — from discovery to deployment
• Provide project assurance through reporting, KPI tracking, and milestone management
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and issue resolution
• Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities
• Build business cases and support implementation of best-in-class solutions aligned with company standards

Our requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in project management with relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, LEAN/Six Sigma)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data-driven projects
• Fluency in English and a proactive, independent working style
