Your responsibilities

• Creation of equipment in the SAP system
• Enter Master Data in the SAP system, e.g. Equipment Data (location, account assignment, etc.)
• Entry of installation data and assignment of the functional location in the SAP system
• Storage of documentation in the SAP system
• Creation and installation of maintenance plans in coordination with the technical contact person at CFM
• Receipt of reports to the hotline that are reported by telephone or email
• Entry of the message in the SAP system
• Forwarding the message in the SAP system to the responsible solution group

Our requirements

• Training/Experience in facility management or in the technical trades of technical building equipment
• Technical training (Profile secondary school)
• German language C1, English B2
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling software
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
