Your responsibilities

• Provide support and advising to our customers in the area of sea freight export
• Managing export processes, including preparation of all required shipping documents
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies and other logistics partners
• Ensure on time deliveries and maintain quality control
• Independent handling of customs clearance for exported goods in accordance with international regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries and identify opportunities to optimize export processes

Our requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk
• Several years of experience in sea freight operations and customer support
• Written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
• Independent, structured, and self reliant working style
• Organizational skills and ability to drive results
