Your responsibilities

  • Realization of the company’s business strategies, developing and maintaining the optimal business structure to achieve these goals
  • Developing and implementing entire sales process: Searching for clients, navigating technical discussions, formulating tailored offers, negotiation of terms and conditions, signing of agreements, cross-selling, and up-selling
  • Developing market entry strategies: Market analysis, staying up-to-date about the competitive landscape, finding and pursuing opportunities as well as strategic partners
  • Acquiring new clients and business contacts through social networks, communication channels, and industry events
  • Developing presentation materials, presenting to clients or at industry events
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, all outside of Poland
  • Collaborating with business partners, technical consultants, and solution architects within our team
  • Developing and analysing key performance indicators
  • Coordinating our team, delegating tasks and controlling them to achieve these goals
  • Managing budgets to ensure effective utilization
  • Administrative tasks

Our requirements

  • German language skills: C1 or above, English language skills: C1 or above
  • At least 5 years experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Experience in the management of teams
  • Fast learner, quickly understands technical topics, curiosity about our products
  • IT literacy, at ease with software
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, creative, and proactive, takes matters in their own hands
  • Capacity to think outside of the box and find unorthodox problem solutions
  • Excellent ability to generate and acquire leads
  • Excellent skills in diagnosing client needs, customer satisfaction focused
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and coordinate various simultaneous and complex projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making, negotiation, planning, organization skills
  • Excellent speaker and writer, at ease giving presentations, commands respect and trustworthiness
  • Confident in engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Interested in start-up culture, ready to build a company from the ground up, working initially with a small team
  • Ready to work mainly from an office and to travel frequently for business
  • Driver’s license (B)

Optional

  • Native level German language skills
  • Polish language skills are nice-to-have, but not strictly required
  • Experience in SaaS sales & the logistics industry
  • Experience in start-up culture and in building a company from the ground up
  • Track record of winning multi-year 4-6 figure deals from net-new clients (mid-size and enterprise)
  • Track record of business development, managing teams, and pursuing strategic goals
  • Commercially driven with deep market insight and strategic foresight
