Your responsibilities

• developing and implementing a comprehensive HR services strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives,
• optimizing processes and ensuring consistency across regions,
• overseeing HR compliance, policy development, and documentation across multiple countries,
• overseeing the implementation and management of HR technologies to support service delivery and operational efficiency,
• leading and managing a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities,
• creating leadership development programs that support managers and high-potential talent across delivery, sales, and operations teams,
• collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure HR services meet their expectations.

Employer requirements

• min. 10+ years of HR experience in tech or consulting industry (tech or software consulting/outsourcing),
• operations experience in a global context,
• experience scaling employees,
• supporting executive teams and working directly with a CEO,
• strong leadership and project management skills, and the ability to optimize HR operations,
• accomplished leader who can devise the strategy and deploy it successfully,
• excellent people management skills, including team motivation and development,
• knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
