Your responsibilities

  • User Support
  • – Providing technical support to users, including remote support across all markets
  • – Consulting users on the use of personal devices and installed system/office software
  • – Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes by managing IT equipment handover and return
  • Service Desk and Issue Management
  • – Monitoring and processing user requests in the ServiceDesk system
  • – Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues
  • – Performing basic diagnostics and repairs of IT equipment
  • Device and Software Setup
  • – Installing and configuring business applications and tools
  • – Setting up and maintaining Windows 10/11, iOS, MacOS, and mobile devices
  • – Handling installation and replacement of consumables for printing and copying equipment
  • Network and Infrastructure Support
  • – Supporting office and retail network infrastructure in collaboration with network administrators
  • – Participating in the opening and technical setup of retail locations
  • – Ensuring networks are up-to-date and resolving local connectivity issues
  • Logistics and Documentation
  • – Managing logistics and communication with certified service centers for damaged devices
  • – Controlling stock levels and timely ordering of peripheral devices
  • – Contributing to the preparation of technical documentation and internal manuals

Our requirements

  • Operating Systems and Software
  • – Supporting and maintaining Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
  • – Using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications in a business context
  • Hardware and Technical Knowledge
  • – Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and basic repairs of laptops and PCs
  • – Understanding computer hardware components and peripheral devices
  • Networking and Infrastructure
  • – Applying basic knowledge of network operations and structured cabling systems (SCS)
  • – Collaborating with network teams to support stable connectivity
  • Language Skills
  • – Communicating effectively in both English and Polish (minimum B1–B2 level)
