Your responsibilities

• Being one of the key players in establishing in establishing centralized process in AR area
• Taking part in transitions of AR processes from other entities
• Stabilizing the migrated process
• Ensuring the smooth running of the AR function including Internal Controls preparation
• Responsibility for effective delivery of receivables activities such as collections, cash posting, customer creation etc.
• Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Preparing reports and analysis
• Assuring process compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines

Employer requirements

• min. 1 years in similar position as O2C, OTC, AR Accountant
• Hands on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualifications
• Knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Good command of spoken and written German
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Excellent communication skills
