Your responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales cycle: from customer acquisition to contract negotiations, management and expansion with current customers
  • Preparing concepts and offers, cost calculations, conducting trade negotiations, technical consulting
  • Implementation of established sales plans
  • Creation and implementation of development plans for the portfolio of potential and current customers
  • Active cooperation in the implementation of orders and support for the Engineering Teams
  • Constant monitoring of the market and obtaining information on the current situation in the industry and directions of its development
  • Consultative approach to sales, offering solutions tailored to customer needs

Our requirements

  • We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help us promote and sell advanced process equipment, including 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬, bioreactors, reactors, and CIP/SIP stations
  • Preferred minimum 5 years of experience in an independent sales position
  • Higher technical education in the field of process engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Mobility related to building relationships with customers on the Polish and European market
  • English and German language skills (B2 level)
  • Driving license category B and willingness to travel on delegations
  • Practical knowledge of how to acquire and manage cooperation with different types of customers
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills enabling building relationships based on mutual trust with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to build and convey a vision in a convincing way and practical knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Proactive search for solutions

  • Supporting other team members
  • Willingness to develop substantive knowledge in both sales and technical areas
