• As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries from our internal users. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, maintaining IT equipment, supporting internal processes, and collaborating with other IT teams. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about IT and eager to grow in a fast-paced international environment.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Provide first and second line IT support via phone, email, and in person
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
• Manage and update service tickets in the system, ensuring proper communication and follow-up
• Test new features and updates in internal systems and applications
• Collaborate with other IT and business teams to resolve technical problems
• Create user manuals and training materials to support internal users
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest optimizations

Nasze wymagania

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) – both spoken and written
• Interest in IT and willingness to learn new technologies
• Basic knowledge of computer networks is a plus
