Twój zakres obowiązków

• Substantive and accounting control of received accounting documents,
• Documents archiving,
• Responsibility for the circulation of accounting documents and their entry into the internal system,
• Entering documents into the accounting system,
• settlement of travel and business expenses,
• Setting up vendors in the system,
• Other tasks supporting the accounting department as needed,
• Collaboration with other departments,

Nasze wymagania

• Student status in economics,
• Basic knowledge of accounting and tax principles,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel,
• speaking Polish and English fluently,
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills,
• Accuracy, communication skills, good work organization, independence, and responsibility,
