About the project

• We’re building the future of embedded banking technology – fast, secure, and customer-centric. As we scale, we’re looking for a Staff SDET Chapter Lead who will shape our frontend testing strategy and raise the quality bar across our platform.

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement frontend test strategies and frameworks across the organisation
• Lead a chapter of quality engineers focused on frontend technologies and best practices
• Drive excellence in automated testing within agile squads and cross-functional teams
• Build scalable and intelligent testing systems integrated with CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor and support engineers in testing approaches and clean code practices
• Work with technical leaders to evolve predictive, automation-first test approaches
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality into product development from day one

Our requirements

• Proven experience in frontend testing, especially with React Native
• Strong understanding of automated test frameworks, mocking, and stubbing
• Experience with frontend test integration in CI/CD environments
• Hands-on expertise in software performance and security testing
• Prior leadership in guiding Quality Engineering teams towards shared goals
• Experience working in agile environments and testing distributed microservices

Optional

• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and configuration tools
• Passion for automation, scalability, and clean, reusable code
