Your responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategies:
  • • Develop strategies and tactics for B2B and B2C to drive company awareness growth, trust and qualified traffic to our front door, basing on market and TA segmentation, our brand positioning and business goals.
  • • Work in a Team with Sales & Development department to develop converting strategies for B2B and B2C sales channels (website, e-mail, WhatsApp, social media, travel shops etc.).
  • Campaign Management:
  • • Adapt global Join UP! campaigns and ideas to local aspect.
  • • Deploy successful local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, email, SEO, PPC) and traditional (print, events) and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Data Analysis:
  • • Monitor, track, and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Research:
  • • Study competition, conduct benchmark analysis, identify market trends.
  • • Analyse consumer behaviour in the market and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Budget Management:
  • • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI on campaigns.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • • Lead, manage, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, creative and productive work environment.
  • • Coordinate the efforts of various team members and set clear objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to help team members grow and succeed.
  • Brand Development:
  • • Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • • Ensure corporate identity is properly maintained in all market divisions, and make sure all guidelines are well implemented.
  • Collaboration:
  • • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and customer service to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • • Arrange and manage cooperation with outsource competence suppliers.
  • • Arrange close & efficient cooperation with Centerer of Expertise in strategy development and daily work .
  • • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Content Creation:
  • • Oversee the production of content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • • Oversee and approve marketing materials.
  • Event Management:
  • • Support company’s events organisation and organize the events in the market according to business needs.

Our requirements

  • • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns in Poland.
  • • English perfect knowledge, along with perfect knowledge of the local language.
  • • Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Grammatically correct speech: ability to communicate effectively with correct grammar.
  • • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • • Creativity, positive thinking, ability to take responsibility, proactive.
  • • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • • Perfect collaboration skills with other departments, colleagues, and partners
  • • Highly organized.
  • • University degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Would be an advantage:
  • • Experience in tourism industry
  • • Experience in B2B business and marketing.
