Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies for key retail partners across Europe
• Design and execute modern POS solutions, including displays, signage, and digital tools
• Support small and medium-sized retailers with tailored marketing programs
• Coordinate product launches in retail environments, ensuring consistent and effective in-store execution
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to optimize marketing efforts
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align goals and drive revenue growth
• Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and suppliers

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in trade, channel, or retail marketing—ideally in furniture, home improvement, consumer durables, or FMCG
• Proven track record of successful POS campaigns and retail marketing initiatives
• Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with Sales teams, retail partners, and internal stakeholders
• Native or advanced Polish; fluent English
