About the project

• The Salesforce Developer Lead will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement to develop and optimize solutions.

Your responsibilities

• The role also involves utilizing other Salesforce products such as Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Personalization to meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include integrating software, developing automation, and mentoring less experienced developers.

Our requirements

• Data Cloud Consultant – with 2+ years of experience at this level
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant – with 2+ years of experience at this level
• Salesforce Administration – experience with DataKits and Release management
• Experience of a new implementation, not just change/support for an existing solution
• Expert in SQL
• Practice in ANSI SQL, Query API SQL, Calculated Insight SQL
• Knowledge of The Consumption model and optimisation techniques
• Soft Skills:
• Demonstrable experience in lead development
• Experience of client engagement throughout the Project Lifecycle
• Experience in producing POC’s for new requirements
• Desire to expand existing knowledge to non-Salesforce products if required
• Self efficacy

Optional

• Experience of SF CORE
• Experience with other SF products, in particular Personalisation and Intelligence
• Experience with Copado (Release automation),
• Experience with Azure DevOps for documentation
• Experience in test automation
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins
• Solution Architect support experience
• Knowledge of AWS/GCP
