Your responsibilities

• Production:
• Create and manage the production schedule, ensuring it is cost-effective.
• Oversee production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Monitor productivity and product standards, implementing quality control programs.
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise and motivate the production team.
• Select and maintain equipment.
• Liaise with various departments, teams, and companies.
• Warehouse:
• Manage the warehouse according to company policies and vision in an efficient way.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Follow all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain HESQ Standards.
• Stock Control: Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
• Produce regular reports and statistics (e.g., IN/OUT status report, dead stock report).

Our requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Logistics, etc.
• Minimum 3 year experience on similar position.
• Planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process.
• Ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems.
• Capacity to grasp complex concepts easily.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Proficient Excel skills; experience with SAP is an advantage.
