Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial producers, prefabrication manufacturers, and construction stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from the company’s product portfolio
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and production departments
  • Prepare technical and commercial offer, including detailed product selection, pricing and delivery terms in line with customer expectations and company standards
  • Coordinate technical support, product trials, and training sessions on site
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regional teams to ensure alignment with market needs
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders

Our requirements

  • University degree in Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar technical field or minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or cooperation with industrial clients, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, prefabrication, precast production, or engineering services
  • Proven ability to navigate industrial organizations and identify decision-makers
  • English, Polish – fluent (both spoken and written). Czech/Slovak – conversational level is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to translate technical knowledge into customer value
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts
  • Open mindset and solution-oriented attitude
  • Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently across a multi-country territory
  • Comfort with technical presentations and conducting product trials on-site
