Your responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Revenue metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability
• Drive portfolio mix management to optimize profitability
• Work on multiple data sources both qualitative and quantitative to bring valuable insights
• Ensure results are analyzed, commented and reported according to the instructions received
• Support annual planning process (volume & revenue)
• Backtesting analyses - correct cost setting
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards
• Coordinate with IT teams to maintain and enhance profitability calculation, leveraging automation and technology to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
• Close cooperation with the Sales (track progress towards profitability KPIs) and Operation department (cost setting).

Our requirements

• Finance & Accounting/Controlling background
• Experience (3-5 years) in pricing, financial analysis or cost management, particularly related to car management
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to make data-driven decisions while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address any pricing or profitability issues as they arise
• Strong organization skills, detail orientation and ability to prioritize
• Excellence in MS Excel
• Fluent in English
