Your responsibilities

• The RE Shared Services Billing Analyst will work closely with Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, Global Client Service, and Client Invoicing and perform the following functions:
• Fee Schedule Creation/Generation
• Invoice Set-up Instructions
• Fee to Account Linkages - New Business, New Fee Schedule
• Fee to Account Linkages - New Accounts Added to Existing Fee Schedules
• Billing termination coordination
• Ongoing client outreach for open receivables
• Bad debt write-offs coordination, if necessary
• Ad-hoc projects as necessary
• Participate in working groups related to the RE Client Invoicing function

Our requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Financial Services or Banking industry experience
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Ability to liaise across departments/functions as needed for research and analysis
• Understanding of the financial services industry, investment vehicles and legal structures
• Experience working in Client Invoicing, or Internal Audit in Financial Services a plus
• Strong client services and relationship management excellence
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
• Possess an intellectual curiosity and exhibits problem solving and analytical skills
• Work independently and take initiative on - responsibilities listed above and the ability to drive efficiency changes
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, quality conscious and follow-through
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
